Scenic Mountains and Valleys of the Winelands

The charming towns and wine routes of Stellenbosch, Franschoek, Paarl and Wellington are there to be explored and savoured, like good wine ! Stellenbosch & Franschhoek are packed with cafes, galleries and restaurants.

Endless Beaches and Dunes & The Whale Coast

The Overberg, linking Cape Town and the Garden Route, is the area ‘over the berg’ (mountains) from Cape Town. There are many nature reserves, beaches and the beautiful coastline. Known as the heart of the whale coast Hermanus offers probably the best land-based whale watching in the world. Southern Right Whales visit Walker Bay from July until December every year. Tourists are often treated to close-up displays as the whales often come to within 10 meters of the coast. The cliff tops in Hermanus offer the tourist great views and the ability to watch the whales close up.
