Why book my flights via Africa Collection?
Booking flights these days is not an easy business. There are literally thousands of websites & companies offering this service, many of them very large players with considerable buying power, so why book with Africa Collection ? Well, we specialise in travel to the region so have negotiated fares and arrangements specific to the areas that we deal in. Our tickets are largely designed to be combined with ground arrangements and consequently are more flexible than many online offerings. There are also decided advantages to having as many sectors as possible on the same ticket - you are afforded much better protection and service in the event of delays & technical problems.
Africa Collection also ensures that you are fully insured in the event of the financial failure of the airlines used.

e-tickets
Many airlines now only issue an Electronic Ticket (e-ticket). e-ticket is an electronic ticketing system that securely stores all ticket details in the respective airlines computer system. Rather than being issued a conventional paper ticket, your booking and ticket details are kept securely on their systems and you are given an ‘e-ticket Receipt’. You must retain a copy of your e-ticket Receipt throughout your journey for security and immigration purposes. Some immigration officers may ask for proof of a return ticket, and the e-ticket Receipt can be used as evidence of this.
Special Needs
If you have any special needs or medical conditions you are advised to contact us, so that we can let the airline know to make arrangements. If you have a special dietary requirement please make us aware prior to your departure so that we can inform the airline – most airlines require at least 72 hours notice.
