Spacious Suites
The lodge offers relaxation, privacy and comfort in North Eastern Namibia on the Kwando River. Susuwe Island Lodge is built to incorporate the riverine forest, with six spacious brick and thatched suites that include a lounge and wooden viewing deck with its own private plunge pool.
Overlooking the Savannahs and Wetlands
The main lodge is built with a canopy of viewing decks overlooking the savannahs and wetlands, as well as a lounge, dining area, curio shop and library.
Night Drives are also offered
Game drives are conducted by experienced game rangers in open 4 x 4 vehicles into the Bwabwata National Park. Sightings include vast herds of roaming elephants, buffalo, lion, hippo and leopard. Night drives are also offered.
