This magnificent house is situated in Brackenridge security estate, adjacent to the Plettenberg Bay Golf and Country Club, with incredible sea and mountain views. 

Underfloor heating throughout

The house sleeps 10 persons comfortably and has under floor heating throughout as well as heated towel rails and marble vanities in all the bathrooms. The Dining room seats eight, and has its own patio with an additional table and chairs for either outdoor dining or additional seating.

The “Euroline” kitchen with its Breakfast “nook”, pantry and scullery is very spacious, with double fridge/freezer, microwave, espresso machine, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The lounge is very spacious with two separate very comfortable seating areas with a fireplace and bar, complete with fridges, mixing bowls and all glassware.

Large sliding doors lead out onto the entertainment area, with magnificent views of the sea below and the Robberg Peninsula and Mountains. The rim flow pool and 6 seater Jacuzzi/Spa bath aresurrounded by sofas, pool loungers and a built in “braai”/ BBQ area.
