The ultimate in privacy, the Castle is on a private estate and nature reserve near Plettenberg Bay with kilometers of its own coastline and just 7 minutes from the centre of town. The Castle is eccentric with particular care taken to decor (featured in Conde Nast & The Architectural Digest USA). 

Bask in the sun

There are four double suites, a standard double and two twin bedrooms town. (max 8 pax). The comfortable living room has a log fire, satellite TV and sweeping views of the ocean. Bask in the sun on one of the patios to the sound of the breaking waves below or relax around the swimming pool.

Rates include the service of 2 staff. Catering can be arranged on request. Caretakers on property.There are wonderful hikes on the reserve, a Stone Age cave and the reserve is famous for its birds including kestrels and black eagles

Bring small children at your own discretion and risk. Swim in the deep rock pool below, fish or just relax and take in the raw beauty of your surroundings.
