A World Heritage Site

De Hoop is the breeding ground for 40% of the Southern Right Whale population. Dolphins, seals and other sea creatures abound. Spot 86 mammals, including Cape Mountain Zebra, bontebok, eland, grey rhebuck, ostrich and caracal.
