Savanna encompasses the very essence of an Out of Africa lodge. The Lodge has nine beautifully appointed Safari Chalets, seven of which have a tented roof and draped inner ceiling. Bathrooms feature a double hand basin, an enclosed toilet and a French bath. 

The Executive Safari Chalets have an outside shower, a private plunge pool and an indigenous garden. Two new Savanna Suites are built under thatch and are the epitome of luxury and comfort, each with an outside shower, a wooden deck leading onto a private plunge pool and uninterrupted views of a floodlit waterhole. All are air-conditioned and have a well-stocked mini bar.

The main lodge includes a swimming pool, dining room, lounge, bar and an open air boma, all overlooking a waterhole (floodlit at night) where some of Africa’s most impressive wildlife come down to drink. Full English breakfasts and lunches are served on the verandah and dinner is served either in the dining room or in the starlit boma, warmed by a roaring log fire.
